		<description><![CDATA[చాలామందికి ఎలాంటి ఆహారం తీసుకోవాలి అనేది ఒక సమస్య. అమ్మో ఖరీదైన ఆహారం,  మానవల్ళ  కాదు  అనుకొంటారు.  ఖరీదైన ఆహారం తిన్నంత మాత్రాన ఆరోగ్యం రాదు. అలాగైతే  ధనికులందరు ఆరోగ్యం గానే  ఉండాలి, కానీ ఆది సాధ్యం కాదు. ఆరోగ్యం ఏ ఒక్కరి  సొత్తు కాదు. ఒక ఖరీదైన ఆహారం తినే ధనికుడు, మామూలు ఆహారం తీసుకొనే ఒక పేడవానికంటే త్వరగా అనారోగ్యం పాలవా వచ్హు, కాబట్టి ఇటువంటి  ఆలోచనలు  కేవలం ఒక అపోహ మాత్రమే.  ఇక్కడ బలవర్ధక మైన ఆహారం తీసుకోవడం  మాత్రమే  ఆరోగ్యానికి మూల సూత్రమని మీరు గ్రహించాలి. దీనినే  మనం క్వాలిటీ ఫుడ్ గా చెప్పవచ్చు. అంటే ఎక్కువ  ఖర్చు పెట్టి  కొనుక్కొనే ఆహారం కాదని మీరు గమనించాలి.  కల్తీ లేని ఆహారం అని  నా  ఉద్దేశ్యం. ఈరోజుల్లో  కల్తీ లేని  ఆహారం దొరకడం  చాలా కష్టం గానే ఉంది. మనం తినే  కూరగాయలు కూడా  మందు మాకు  వేసి పెంచినవే.  అంతా హైబ్రిడ్. వీటి వల్ల పంట ఎక్కువగా  పండుతుందేమో కానీ వీటిలో  ఉండే పోషకాలు  మాత్రం   అంతంత మాత్రమే,  అఢ్‌క దిగుబడి ఇవ్వడమే వీటి  ప్రధాన ఉదేశ్యం. అందు వల్ల   మనబొటి వాళ్ళ  ఆరోగ్యం కూడా అంతంతమాత్రం  గానే ఉంటోంది. ఒకప్పుడు అరవై సం&#124;&#124; పై బడిన వారికి పెద్ద రోగాలు వచ్చేవి. మరి ఇప్పుడు ముప్పై సం&#124;&#124; లకే  ఎక్కడ లేని రోగాలు వస్తున్నాయి. కారణం?  మనం తినే తిండే.  ఫుడ్ లో  క్వాలిటీ లేక పోవడం. అంటే మన ఆరోగ్యం లో కూడా క్వాలిటీ లేనట్టే, కాదంటారా?. 		<description><![CDATA[ఒక వ్యక్తి యొక్క అలవాట్లు అతన్ని ప్రభావితం చేస్తూ ఉంటాయి. అయితే ఇక్కడ ముఖ్యంగా చెప్పవలసింది  ఆహారపు అలవాట్లు గురుంచి. చక్కని పోషకాహారాలు గల ఆహారాన్ని తీసుకొంటే, చక్కని  ఆరోగ్యం  చేకూరుతుందని  తెలుసుకోవాలి. మీరు  గుర్తుంచుకోవలసిన విషయం  ఏమిటంటే మీరు మీ  శరీరాన్ని  పోషించుకోవాలి,  వ్యర్థ పదార్ధాలతో  పాడుచేసుకోరాదు. చాలామంది  ఇది గమనించని విషయం.  జల్సాలకు పోయి, మన ఆరోగ్యాన్ని మనమే పాడుచేసుకొంటున్నాం.  సరదాగా మొదలుపెట్టి, మెల్ల, మెల్లగా తమ అలవాట్లకి బానిసలు అవుతుంటారు. ఒక్కోసారి ప్రమాదకరమైన అలవాట్లకు బానిసలయి తమ జీవితాన్నే పాడుచేసుకొనేవారు ఉన్నారు. కాబట్టి మన ఆరోగ్య విషయం లో మనం జాగ్రత్త వహించాలి.<img alt="" border="0" src="http://stats.wordpress.com/b.gif?host=healthcircle.wordpress.com&amp;blog=2204062&amp;post=5&amp;subd=healthcircle&amp;ref=&amp;feed=1" width="1" height="1" />]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[&#8220;ఆరోగ్యమేమహాభాగ్యం&#8221; అన్నది అందరికి తెలిసిన సత్యం. అంటే మనిషి ఆరోగ్యంగా, ఉల్లాసంగా ఉంటే, అతడు సుఖంగాను, సంపదతోనూ ఉన్నట్టే లెక్క. మనం  చక్కగా ఉంటేనే మనం కష్టపడి పనిచేసి  సంపాదించగలం, నలుగురికీ  సహాయ పడగలం. కాదంటారా?   మరి అటువంటి ఆరోగ్యాన్నిపరిరక్షించుకోవడం  మన భాధ్యత. ఇది మన చేతిలో పని.  ఆరోగ్యం అంటే కేవలం శారీరకమైనదే కాదు, మానసిక ఆరోగ్యం కూడా మనిషికి అవసరం. ఈ రెంటిలో దేనిలో సమతౌల్యం లోపించినా మనం  అనారోగ్యం  బారినపడతాం. కాబట్టి  ఈ  రెండిటి  విషయం  లోను  జాగ్రత్తగా  ఉండాలి.  అప్పుడే  సంపూర్ణ  ఆరోగ్యం చేకూరుతుంది.<img alt="" border="0" src="http://stats.wordpress.com/b.gif?host=healthcircle.wordpress.com&amp;blog=2204062&amp;post=4&amp;subd=healthcircle&amp;ref=&amp;feed=1" width="1" height="1" />]]></description>
